ok. ok. ok. i know what you might be thinking... a PREQUEL?!?! WTF?! well, yes... a prequel, they had to explain how cheryl was born... DUH! well anyways... i just received the game 3 days ago... (which by the way NEVER came with my instruction manual and is a little scratched up and glitchy.) and beat it just right NOW! and i have to admit though, although short...it's also SWEET and to the POINT haha GET IT?! no, of course not... it starts out with Travis Grady (who the hell is that?!) some trucker dude who finds some random chick (i think might be Dahlia or somethin) and saves a girl from a fire...(avoided spoiler!) anyways although i was a bit sketchy about having to switch between fog and otherworld via mirrors, i realised that it creates more of a tension of "should i risk it?" kinda horror, and i really enjoyed the idea of revisiting that original Silent Hill with a new face and a new character with ALL NEW storylines! (sorta) the only disappointment I had was not seeing Cheryl talk or Lisa with a funny face & blonde hair.ALL IN ALL i give it 5*'s becuz of the originality yet (almost) maintaining the aspect of horror of Silent Hill (I also REALLY liked the storyline.)Get more detail about Silent Hill Origins.
