As someone who likes to keep their equipment safe, I bought this case after doing some research online. When it got delivered, I was a tiny bit disappointed at how large and clunky it is, but it is nice how it can hold two UMDs in its lid.
The greatest thing about this case is how well it protects the PSP. One day I had carelessly left my PSP on my loft bed with the lid open, and when I came back in the evening I was horrified to find my cat had knocked it off the bed onto our tile floor. However, when I picked it up I found the only damage was some scratches on the plastic that covers the PSP screen and no damage on any part of the system.
